This AI tool needs a free account and is paid from bought exports or the Monthly 50 allowance (not Unlimited or free welcome credits), because every request costs us an AI fee. A request usually uses 1 export: before it runs, the most it can use is checked, and you then pay only for what the AI actually read and wrote. Failed requests cost nothing, and copying and downloading the results are included. See pricing. Reviews and business details go to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude only to write the replies; nothing is stored on our server or used to train AI. Business profiles and saved replies are kept in your browser.

How should a business respond to a negative review?

Thank the reviewer, acknowledge the specific problem, apologise where it’s fair, avoid arguing or sharing private details in public, and offer a way to continue the conversation privately. The generator follows these principles and never invents refunds, discounts or promises you haven’t approved.

What is a good response to a positive review?

A short, genuine thank-you that mentions something specific the customer enjoyed and invites them back. Keep it personal rather than copying the same reply to every review.

Does the tool post replies for me?

No. It writes drafts you can edit and copy. Nothing is posted to Google, Trustpilot or any other platform, so you always check a reply before it goes live.

Can I reply in other languages?

Yes. Replies can be in the review’s own language, in UK or US English, or in 20 other languages, written to sound natural rather than translated word for word. AI translation isn’t perfect, so check important replies.

Can I reply to many reviews at once?

Yes. Paste reviews separated by blank lines or upload a CSV or Excel file, and drafts are written in batches of 5 (usually 1 export per batch). Edit each draft, rewrite the ones you don’t like and download them all as CSV.

Can I save my business’s tone?

Yes. Save business profiles with your name, type, greeting, sign-off, preferred and banned words and customer-service rules. Profiles and saved replies are kept in your browser.

How much does it cost?

Is my information uploaded?

What you enter is sent to our server to do the lookup, and the result may be cached briefly so the tool stays fast. Nothing else from your device is uploaded.
