How it works

An explainable score

The AI lists the job’s real requirements (not every word in the advert) and marks each one as a strong, partial, uncertain or missing match, quoting the evidence it found in your CV. The score is then calculated with fixed weights: essential requirements count most, followed by experience and qualifications, then preferred skills and tools. It estimates how well your CV shows what this job asks for; it isn’t a prediction of whether you’ll be interviewed, and it isn’t an “ATS score”.

This AI tool needs a free account and is paid from bought exports or the Monthly 50 allowance (not Unlimited or free welcome credits), because every request costs us an AI fee. A request usually uses 1 export: before it runs, the most it can use is checked, and you then pay only for what the AI actually read and wrote.
