Generate, check and export SEO titles, meta descriptions and other metadata for hundreds of pages at once with AI, from a CSV, Excel file, URL list or sitemap.
The Bulk Website Metadata Generator writes, checks and exports SEO metadata for a whole website at once. Give it your pages as a spreadsheet, a list of URLs or a sitemap, and Claude AI suggests a title tag, meta description and the other fields you choose for every page, based on that page’s own content. You review and edit everything in one table, fix the problems the checks find, and download the result as CSV or Excel.
Upload a CSV or Excel file and match its columns, paste a list of URLs, import an XML sitemap (or sitemap index), or add pages by hand. Up to 1,000 pages per project.
For each URL it reads the existing title, meta description, headings, canonical, robots tags, Open Graph tags and main text, following robots.txt. Pages behind a login or blocked by robots.txt keep their row for you to fill in.
Claude AI writes metadata from each page’s own content and purpose, so product, category, article and service pages each get distinct titles and descriptions. Thin pages are marked for review instead of padded with made-up claims.
Missing, empty, too long or too short titles and descriptions, estimated pixel width, duplicates and near-duplicates across the batch, keyword stuffing, unsupported claims, canonical and robots problems, and invalid JSON-LD, each with a suggested fix.
A spreadsheet-style table with live character counts, search, filters and sorting. Edit any field, accept or reject suggestions, restore the original, or regenerate one field, one page or a selection without losing your edits.
Final values only, or original and new side by side, for all, selected, generated or problem pages. Also JSON-LD for approved structured data and a validation report. CSV files are protected against spreadsheet formula injection.
SEO title, meta description, URL slug, primary and secondary keywords, search intent, H1, canonical and meta robots recommendations, page type.
Open Graph title, description, image and type; X/Twitter card, title and description; social image alt text.
JSON-LD suggestions (WebPage, Article, Product, Organization, LocalBusiness, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage) only when the page gives enough facts, marked as suggestions to verify.
Image alt text, language and locale, freshness notes from dates on the page, internal link ideas, and meta keywords (clearly marked as not used by major search engines for ranking).
Character counts and the pixel-width estimate are guidelines: search engines show what fits the screen and sometimes rewrite titles and snippets, so no tool can promise exactly how a result will look or that it will rank better. Keyword suggestions are based on meaning, not on search-volume data, and the tool never invents volumes, difficulty scores or rankings. Structured data is a suggestion to verify against the page. There’s no direct publishing to a CMS yet: you export the reviewed values and add them to your site.
Importing, reading pages, checking and editing are free; you need a free account to read pages and generate. Generating is paid from bought exports or the Monthly 50 allowance, because every batch costs us an AI fee: a batch of up to 10 pages usually uses 1 export, you see the most it can use before anything runs, failed batches cost nothing, and downloads are included. See pricing. Spreadsheets are read in your browser and projects are saved in your browser only. Page addresses go to our server to read public pages, and page details go to Anthropic’s Claude only to write the suggestions; nothing is stored on our server or used to train AI.

Generate metadataIt’s paid per AI request: each request uses exports according to how much text the AI reads and writes, usually 1 export for a batch of up to 10 pages. You see the most a request can use before it runs and pay only for what it actually used; failed requests cost nothing, and copying and downloading the results are included. AI requests are paid from bought exports (from £1.00 for 5) or the Monthly 50 allowance.
Yes. Paste the addresses or import your XML sitemap. The tool reads each public page (its title, description, headings and main text), following robots.txt, and the AI writes metadata specific to that page. Pages that can’t be read keep their row so you can type in the details yourself.
Yes: CSV, XLSX or XLS up to 10 MB and 1,000 pages. You match your columns (URL, page name, existing title and description, H1, content, product name, target keyword, page type and more), empty rows, malformed URLs and duplicates are reported, and columns you don’t map are kept in your export.
Yes. Choose “Improve existing metadata” to keep what’s already good and improve the rest, “Fill in missing fields only”, or “Write new metadata”. Your originals stay alongside the suggestions, and you can restore them at any time.
It checks the whole batch for identical titles, descriptions, URLs and canonicals, and finds near-duplicates by comparing the words they share. Similar pages are grouped so you can review them together. Related products or articles can legitimately share words, so treat similarity warnings as prompts for your judgement.
No tool can. Good, page-specific titles and descriptions help search engines and people understand your pages, but rankings depend on many things, and search engines sometimes rewrite titles and snippets. The tool never invents search volumes, rankings or other metrics.
Not yet. You export the reviewed metadata as CSV, Excel or JSON and add it to your site or CMS yourself. The files are general spreadsheets, not tested import files for a particular CMS.
Spreadsheets are read in your browser, and projects are saved in your browser only (not on our server) until you delete them. To read a page or sitemap, its address goes to our server. When you generate, each page’s details and a slice of its text go to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude AI to write the suggestions; nothing is stored on our server or used to train AI models.
